Icy hot keeps me sane. It is the only useful thing a health center doctor has told me to try. James was an unbeliever at first but I made him try it once when his back hurt and now he's loves it too...just don't get it in your eye.

Two things this reminds me of:
1. Putting vapo rub on the toilet seats our freshman year. I wish we had remembered Icy Hot then!
2. That the Health center is completely worthless. For the most part. Oh BYU health center.
